She has a BA in Urban Studies and 10+ years of experience in organizing education, community, and private events and programs.
As the Director of REDU Method, she’s helped multiple youth, professionals, and business owners take courageous steps in their careers to start creating the lives they want.
She is a past recipient of the Lincoln M. Alexander Award, and the Ontario Medal for Young Volunteers.
She was a Lincoln M. Alexander Award Selection Committee Member for over 5 years. She lives in Toronto, ON, and presently works at the Durham District School Board.
She published her Limited Edition Print Poetry Collection Muses and Muscle Memory in February 2022.
